I am not in the mood to update my blogs these past few days, my heart is mourning for the passing of my nephew in-law.  Tonight we had a short walk around the downtown and after it we went to GS25 to buy pizza, there’s 2 box left my husband doesn’t like it but I do so I bought them. I love GS25 Bulgogi pizza not just because they are meatier but because they are thinner and more flavor on it.

My husband want a real pizza what I mean freshly cooked in the oven so I went to 59pizza to buy him bulgogi pizza. Luckily when I went there the shop was not busy so I just waited instead of going out and walking around the market.

I know life is not forever, because we are all by passers on this world. We are just travelers, but it really feels hurt when someone you love, you know passed away. My nephew in-law passed away from a tragic accident, it hits me hard, so painful. I never met him nor them but I know in my heart that they are my extended family, I can’t help but cry during the time I am down, I can’t express the pain. To ease it I found comfort on listening to Christian songs and reading my Bible.

He is too young, he could done a lot more things but I think he already accomplished his mission on this world. I remembered one of the preach I’ve listed from our Pastor that everyone has a mission on this world and when our mission was done, God will call us to be on His Paradise. I don’t know if it is just a coincidence but my nephew tweeted something about accomplishing a mission the day before he met an accident. That’s his last tweet on twitter.

Before we know his passing that night, I just came out from the bathroom when I saw on my peripheral vision that someone went to our kitchen, I thought it was my husband so I shake it off but when I went to our bed I was surprised to see him there, so I voice out and told him that I thought he is in the kitchen, he teased me smiling that I might have little friend around our apartment, he smiled on his own joke and that smile makes him a lot more younger on his age.

After few hours my husband found out that his nephew met an accident and was on the hospital and underwent an operation to save his life. He was really shocked that he went to the bathroom to brush his teeth while shaking with a terrible feeling.  I have my own gut feeling I went to my Facebook and there our world turned upside down, the first thing I saw is a tagged picture of my nephew in-law with his friend  with description “Already missed” we are late to know.

To cut the story short, the agony is very painful. My body shook, my mind is rushing and my husband doesn’t move. He cried, it was so painful and I can feel it. He cannot utter a word, he can’t think, the world stops for a minute.

Cody, I just would like you to know that you are going to be missed and a lot of people is loving you, including me. Thank you for touching our lives,  you are now an angel that who will watched over us. It was just too bad that we never given a chance to see each other.  🙁

Yesterday we decided to go to Shinha and see how the school and neighborhood looks like my husband printed the school address we found on the school website. We took a taxi from the downtown and it took us few minutes to reach the place and the trip cost ₩6,300.  My guess was right that it is around the Hynix and what surprised me is Shinha is the stop over of Express Buss to drop passengers before reaching the downtown and pick-up before going out to Seoul.

The school is not that big compare to Icheon Elementary School though it looks big on the picture that we saw in their school website.  It is painted on white and there’s a guard house near the gate.

Right after gym my husband craves for hotteok and dumplings so I went out to buy them. Yeah right I am the errand girl because he is the financier (lol). I went to the dumplings place first and bought 4 box of dumplings, which is consist of 2 fried and 2 steamed. There are few customers so I waited until the dumplings are cooked.

Right after I went to the public market where the old woman hotteok stall was, when I arrived there she is with another woman on her age, probably friend or sister, as I already forgot how much per piece is I ask them but as we cannot understand each other I just gave all my money and I ended up having 11 hotteoks.

Well I think curiosity is not just on human or cats, dog has their own curiosity too! Below Jihoo is very curious on what my mother is doing, my mother is playing games in front of my old laptop and our pet kept jumping and looking behind her back.  Probably he is waiting for his turn to play. Hehe

When I also sat in front of my laptop and play some games Jihoo did the same watching what I am doing. He is a very sweet dog and I already missed hugging him, right now I am just contented seeing our pet in pictures.

I usually cooked chicken adobo rather than pork adobo but this week was different I decided to cook the pork in soy sauce, instead of using potato I used sweet potato because they are on sale in the supermarket. My husband is also eating pork but he don’t eat the fat so I included them on my adobo, it was a mistake because my adobo became too oily.

I cooked the two package of pork I thought it is only small once cooked but I was wrong because there’s too much sweet potato too!

We had a short walk today around the downtown. It was too cold, I wore four set of clothes so I will not feel cold while we are walking, it is better to be prepared than sorry, though I only have two sets of pants,  I mean I just wore short and then double it with my jogging pants. So while walking I can feel my legs freezing.

On the way we bought box of vitamin C, we went to Family Mart before reaching home. We just thought of buying some snacks but my husband didn’t find food that he like to eat, so I went to 59 Pizza.

When I came in the the guy was not there (probably delivering pizza), I waited until his wife came near the front desk because when I came she is very busy in front of the oven, I gave my order and sit while watching TV. I had potato pizza this time while my husband is never ending pepperoni pizza with cheesy crust.

We are working out in the gym 4 days a week and we are member of Life Change gym for almost three years now. When we first arrived here in Icheon there’s only one gym and this is Life Change but since this year 2012 two more new gym recently opened the first one is the RAON Fitness located in RAON palace which is just few meters away from the bus terminal and the second one is M Kick and Fitness which is just a distance from Life Change it is located in the 5th floor of Home Depot.

Life Change has a lot of trainer when we first enrolled for membership it has four or five but today the gym owner is the only one left. We’ve seen one of the old trainer in RAON Fitness dunno where the other went.

Tonight after our appointment with the dentist and shopping for groceries we craved for good food. So I went to KFC to order a bucket of chicken, stupid isn’t it? We just had a  clean teeth and now we are going to eat junk food right away.

My husband told me to order spicy chicken because the last time we ordered the chicken was not crispy, so when I went in KFC I told the sales clerk what I want, spicy and crispy. The sales clerk asked me if I want original or crispy, I said crispy.

Now I know why our previous bucket of chicken is not crispy because when my husband was asked by the sales clerk what chicken he likes he replied original which he thought not spicy flavor.

I went to Paris Baguette across the street to buy buns and because they don’t have enough baked goods I went to the other Paris Baguette where we always buy are treats, when I pay in the counter as usual I didn’t ask for plastic I just put the baked goods on the plastic I have with the chicken the owner help me to put it and when he saw the KFC chicken he is telling me something while pointing on his self and the chicken as I cannot understand it I just smiled.
