I think spring is well love by every one, flowers and cherry blossoms are in every corner of the street. The photo below is my first glance of spring here in our place, it was taken near the Paris Baguette bakery when I bought some baked goods the other day. I would love to have my picture taken but that is impossible unless I climbed to the wall. Haha

The cherry blossoms nearby are not yet blooming, probably I have to wait few more days before I can have a picture with it. I have asked my husband few weeks ago if we can return to the city hall because there’s a lot of cherry blossoms in the walkway.

After long years I am able to cook and taste longganisa in Korea, I bought one package from the Asian store in downtown the other day.  Longganisa is one of my favorite food to eat on breakfast probably most Filipino people too,  well I think I am too excited that even they are not well cook I ate already, haha but after eating I return the remaining longganisa to frying pan and friend them a little.

I would say those longganisa that can be bought in wet market is much better than the longganisa in package, I am expecting that this longganisa taste good because the packaging says it came from Pampanga but sad to say it is not impressive. Luck of taste and no flavor at all, just a processed meat in red coloring.

I just can’t get enough of Filipino foods so when my husband and I went to downtown to look for knee support that he could use while doing squats in the gym I asked him to visit the Asian store while waiting for the bus home.

When we went in there are lot of Asian customers probably because it was weekend and it is off day.  Unfortunately there’s no other Filipino around other than me, in my few years of existence here in Icheon I seldom see Filipino and I am just going to notice it after they started speaking in Tagalog.

Anyway I bought two pack of coconut milk powder, longganisa, tocino and a can of Bicol Express and Sizzling Sisig.
