Chicken Adobo
It seems these past few days my blogs is all about food, I am thinking of making a food/kitchen blog well actually I already have one in wordpress named Cozynah as I am learning how the site works like but just like my other blogs I just started it and done. It’s empty anyway because I don’t think I can manage few more blogs, it is easy to make and update templates but what is hard is updating it everyday. Posting relevant post is hard thing to do if you have nothing to write.
Anyway today I have cooked chicken adobo, it’s been a long time since I cooked chicken. I just ate two pieces when I had a lunch and just tonight when I went in our kitchen I found out a voracious bear eat half of the food, what’s left with the whole chicken is a small bowl. Don’t know what happened to his diet plans because during weekdays Pookie bear don’t eat meat or something sweet and oily. Now he is asking me if it is possible to cook pork adobo and I said yes so he wants it on weekend.
this is the second time i made a comment about adobo today, hmmm its really popular in filipinos .. I'm glad your pookie bear loves it also 😉
i love adobo.. i cooked so many different versions na like adobong pusit, adobong kangkong, adobong sitaw, adobong manok, pork adobo, adobo sa gata, white adobo, etc etc.
my all-time favorite is adobong tulingan tho.. sarap! 😀
