With my cake |
Nothing to blog tonight. I sleep around three o’clock last night this morning and then woke up around 12:30 in the afternoon even I don’t like it because Pookie bear woke me up. Anyway I told him to wake me up at 12:30 when he asked me what time he should wake up so he did but I still want to sleep and I am begging him to let me sleep and reschedule the gym time around 5:00 in the afternoon but he is heartless to turn up the volume of his movie (huhuhu) and his reason he is cooking his eggs because I am so stubborn to do it as I still want to sleep trying to escaped going to gym at 2:00 in the afternoon. Anyway he won because his computers is just right on my ears so no choice but to move out of the bed and start my day. I ate my breakfast and finished the things I was not able to finish last night on my online stuff.
We’ve went to gym before 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon, then returned home I cleaned inside our apartment and I am back again to my online life. When I feel so hungry as I am not eating lunch yet I cooked this
foods . After cooking we’ve went to Kim’s Club Mart and he bought me treats, I got a cake, small pie, chips and some chocolates. Then I cooked again it was his sausages for his sandwich.

This is my lunch today, it is a complete meal courtesy of Family Mart. I thought we still have rice but when I checked it there’s none so I was not able to cook, in times like this no choice but to run into store to buy instant meal. I’ve also bought instant rice for Pookie bear because he need it for his meal as well.
Anyway I love my meal today with quail eggs, meat balls, rice, kimchi and corn salad.
We shopped tonight for our daily supplies and I just get one whole chicken already sliced to pieces because I still have meat in our fridge.

I think now I know what makes me busy and why I am cramming at night this is because of cooking, Pookie bear ate two meal every night and I have to cook them separately. Here his new favorite Kimchi Fried rice, I am also eating this food so I have to cook for myself. I have to cook separately because Pookie bear is measuring the rice he is going to eat,.
My ingredients:
Rice, kimchi, garlic, onion, soy sauce, salt, oil and eggs
Procedure:
- Saute the garlic and onion
- Put the kimchi, mixed it with the onions and garlic and cooked for few minutes
- Add the rice (steamed) and mix it all together
- Then add the eggs and soy sauce just continue mixing it like frying a normal fried rice
- Seasoned it with salt to taste
- Serve hot.
You can also include meat or chicken in this menu.

I just sleep five hours today because we had to wake up at seven o’clock in the morning so we can go to immigration. I didn’t even eat my breakfast, when we went out there’s ice everywhere it seems it snowed early in the morning. We had the eight o’clock bus to Suwon immigration, it took us one hour and few minutes to reach Suwon then we took a taxi to the immigration and I filled-up an application form because Pookie bear has a complete papers already prepared by his director. We’ve waited for our number to be called and done, after we submit the application form, passport , ARC , other papers of Pookie bear and buying a revolutionary tax we’re done. We immediately got our passport and ARC after the officer verified it and wrote date at the back of our ARC. It’s not like when we extend last year where we also have a change of address that we waited for ten days to get the passport. Anyway the good news is we don’t need to get re-entry permit, what I mean apply for a multiple-entry visa because as of November 15, 2010, no re-entry permit is required to all registered foreigners when they re-enter Korea within one year of their departure date and that means we saved money for revolutionary tax.
Of course before leaving the immigration is picture time, Pookie bear scolded me for it lol. He said photo shoot is not allowed in a government office but I insist so before I know it “click!” so my photo is retarded looking because I am fixing my scarf. I can’t asked for take two because the photographer already walked away, he said we need to hurry because he still got a class to teach at one’ clock in the afternoon.
We took taxi to Suwon bus station and got eleven o’clock bus, we are almost lost looking for the right bus because we are both in a hurry three minutes and the bus well left eh., we arrived here in our place after one hour and we need to walk home, I bought a kimchi and a bimbap rolls so Pookie bear went home alone as well as me.

Life always seems so busy for me, it looks like I don’t know how to manage my time. I’ve used my afternoon watching a Tagalog movie, Ang Tanging Ina mo, Last na to top billed by Ai Ai delas Alas. It’s a clear video and I could say I have enjoyed watching it.
We’ve went to gym today because we didn’t yesterday so right now I just done two loads of laundry. We are going to sleep early tonight because we’re going to immigration tomorrow to apply for our visa extension. We have to get up early and go to bus station to got the first trip if possible, it will be a long travel don’t how far is it.
So I am cramming right now, lol as if I have an exam. I am cramming to my online task, bloghopping, adgitizing, blogging, clicking and social networking. Are you good in time management?

Most of us eat rice as our everyday meal. How much is enough rice for you? As I am blogging this I am just done eating my dinner (below) and I am just done cooking brown rice and currently cooking white rice. Lol, we cooked two kind of rice, brown for Pookie bear and white for me. We just interchange our skin color,.
Back to my question how big is rice in your plate? Lately I have noticed I frequently cooked rice so I have asked Pookie bear to lie low from eating my white rice because he also eat white rice especially after gym. When he saw my plate, he told me I am the one who is eating too much because he just ate 295 grams of rice for two meal. I was embarrassed upon seeing my plate its a normal size for me but the way I look at it it is for two people. It looks like the mult-vitamin from the hello kitty case is effective, I am having a strong appetite just like the first time I take Pookie bear vitamins when I first arrived here in Korea. I have stopped it when I noticed I always feel hungry and I eat a lot and gained a lot of weight.
So I think I have to stop taking that tablet I am already depressed with my weight and I am now adding more fats to me. Hu-hu
Anyway if you still don’t know rice is a good source of complex carbohydrates and acts as a good source of protein alternatives for meat in a vegetarian diet. It says the increase in rice decreases the intake of meat in the Asian diet. Well I think not to me because I am the only one eating meat here on weekdays.
I have cooked Chicken Kimchi Stew today and as expected Pookie bear ate it and used the soup on his fried white eggs.

I feel so busy today even we don’t have a gym schedule, Pookie bear rescheduled it he went to the gym last Sunday thirty minutes (30) after I wake up so I didn’t go with him and he is pushing me to go today but I didn’t go. Back to being busy I don’t know if I just feel that I am busy or I am really busy.
Today when Pookie bear went to school we found out that the constant movement upwards is our neighbor packing their things because when he opened the door there’s a track full of house things, they even put the bike on our door so when Pookie bear opened the door, the bike slammed on the floor. The Korean guy who’s busy arranging things in the truck says “Whoahh aahh”.
I went back to sleep and sleep for more one hour when I heard someone press the intercom in our apartment, I didn’t open the door. I already have a phobia opening the door because every time I opened it bible tampers., so I went back to sleep and as expected I had weird dreams again, I always dreaming of climbing to something e.g rocks and I always cannot make it to the top and when I wake up I am very tired.
Aside from being busy in house hold chores I am also busy tweaking my other blog, I decided to make it as Foodie blog. So if you have time please visit Herz Corner.

Happy Hearts Day guys, how’s your day? Today as Pookie bear arrived home as I removed his lunch box inside his bag I found some chocolates inside so I picked them all and said “Wow” they are from his students. Pookie bear told me how sure I am it is for me, maybe he would like to eat them. So I just put them in the bed and he then said he won’t eat so I can have them. When I asked him why it is only few, Pookie bear called me “greedy”. Lol!
This little box caught my attention, I even teased Pookie bear that Pooh is kicking the Canadian flag (in short him).
When I opened it I found three mini bars of Hershey’s chocolate, and oh there is small note which is perfectly rolled. Let’s open it…(handed to Pookie bear)
Surprised…NO POISION! Ha-ha that’s what written in a cute note, he laughed hard upon reading it. So I asked who gave it to him. He said it is one of his girl student who always giving her candies but he don’t accept it and always kidding the girl he don’t like it because she might put a poison on it. So the girl keep telling no poison and the class will laugh with the joke. Isn’t it cute Pookie bear asked me to keep it…
