Just like the previous Sunday I have to go to church with band aid in my face; I am very enthusiastic going to church no matter what because if I don’t go the church I’ll be crazy the whole week and I believe I am being tested since there are a lot of places for the skin irritation to grow but it chooses my face, weird isn’t it?

Anyway, the scriptural topic this Sunday is Establishing Right Priorities, what are your priorities in life? Pastor E says the first priority should be priority to fear God because the fear of the Lord is the beginning of all wisdom (Proverbs1:7). He also added when we fear the Lord and appreciate His rules and guidelines it put us in the road of happiness. He also gave more scriptural verses to read such as Exodus 20: 20, Psalms 25:12, Matthew 3: 5-11, Romans 1: 22

Second priority is Obedience to God, we should obey God as what is mentioned in Psalms 37: 4 – Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart. It is priority to achieve happiness. Other verses to read are Psalms 112: 1, Psalms 37: 4, Joshua 5:9 and Psalms 112: 8. Pastor E says to everyone not to fear and have assurance that God will provide.

Thirdly, is Relationship to God when our relationship to God is good our family life is good as well, this is mentioned on Psalms 112:2, Psalms 25:13, Psalms 37: 25-26, Psalms 112:5, Deuteronomy 8: 18, Luke 6: 35-38 and Psalms 112: 7.

The preaching this Sunday is God’s way to tell me to fear Him, be obedient and establish a good relationship to Him so I can achieve happiness and overcome the troubles that came and coming to my life. I should not worry too because He will provide my needs when I am broke and in times of drought.

Dreams, dreams visit me so often. My dream started seeing myself walking in a street along the shoreline and by looking at the sea it was dried up, sort of low tide so all I can see is mud. I continue walking and the water started coming to the shore which is a sign of high tide, the water is so big and the waves are so strong and high that they went overboard in the street; I am more fascinated than be scared of it. I continue walking in the dirt grassy road which is wet and muddy from the water, but what is surprising my shoes or feet didn’t get dirty. I wasn’t alone in the road, I saw few people coming towards me particularly two women hikers whom I help by holding their hand to cross the muddy dirt.

While walking I am thinking that I am going to pass through the house of a friend and then I reached a road with an intersection, the other road which is cemented is going up in a hill with few small houses and a store, the street is familiar and it feels like I have been there before as a kid and I have played around, I stayed foothill looking up and I took the other road which lead me to a small square and in front of me was a church which is I have been anticipating to see after seeing a photo with priest in them, I have took photo of the church twice using a camera phone but what is making me confuse is the peach brown building doesn’t look like a church it is more of a school or government building, while taking photo a group of students was in the front and they were included in the photo, they posed and smiled especially one particular student. I wandered around until I reach a place where there is a large truck/trailer parked, I have walked around to pick something like a rag and thrown it to the front even though I was told not to mind it and my dream ended.

Had another weird dream last night, saw myself walking with a friend (E) with her kids uphill and her younger siblings far below us then suddenly she started running when I look at my far left I saw a lot of people running uphill towards safety, it looks like someone is chasing after everyone, perhaps a giant or evil creature. My friend run quickly with her kids and I was left alone, I run quickly as I can to reach them but they are too far away and the place was covered by darkness that made stop and worry how to reach my destination since it was really dark and can’t see anything. Then I don’t know how my dream jump to another location, I was with a different friend (M) and we are sitting in the dining room of an underground house and we are talking about how I was separated from our friend (E) then the place shook like the attackers are around somewhere which made us alert to look for a new place to hide and while doing so I look for the money I hid and found it in the wall cabinet.

Then my dream hop to another place I was inside a bus and we are nearing to a stop which looks like a gasoline station and I can see from where we are that the clouds are starting to cover the place, hence the passing clouds are so low I raised my hand to touch them and my hand turns wet from the cold moist from touching the clouds. On my dream I felt a bit worried that we are not able to reach our destination, hotel in top of a hill. Meanwhile, I was thinking of taking a photo and share in on my Facebook wall, and then suddenly I saw myself sleeping beside my sister and grandmother. Then I got awaken when my sister move and stand to go somewhere but in reality it was my mother doing it and I woke up from my dream.

Dream Meanings:

Clouds may also indicate deep rooted fear or anxieties as well as wonders,hopes and desires of our internal self. The clouds symbolize these inner feelings. Clouds also bring life providing rainfall, and so can suggest there is new growth in some area of your life. If the dreamer sees puffy, white clouds. Another weird dream haunted me last night; I have seen myself in a place where there are a lot of empty chairs and some people waiting including some relatives, sort of a small square where people meet for performances. It seems we are going to perform an act or play; I was a bit nervous while reading the script because we never had a chance to practice. I am standing along the audience empty chairs with a sexy and happy older woman she is part of the play and then the preparation was finished so we started the play and the first scene was me with a friend, I remember a few lines then I completely forgot the whole script that I just acted freely just not to disappoint the people watching and my nervousness gone a bit when I became used speaking. What is weird is I am pointing and looking to a friend’s armpit while saying something and then I had a chance to look into my own armpit and I felt bit disturbed knowing other people can see it as well.  When I am done playing my part, the sexy and happy older woman went after me to act her part, I don’t know what happened next but nobody went forward anymore in the center so the role playing was stop and people aren’t happy on what is happening that they started blabbering. Someone asked me to read the story or be a narrator while waiting for another act so I went upfront and started reading out loud but some audience who were disappointed when the play stopped started to stand and leave their chairs, so my narration became whisper until I stopped and asked the audience running after them not to leave yet and I wake up.

Weird dream started again last night, I have dream of visiting an old abandon hut in the hill and when I looked inside I found a female with short blonde hair, a foreigner precisely. She is in slumping position while arranging or cleaning things inside the dirty and messy hut, it looks like she will be the new occupant of the abandon hut. The foreigner is friendly, she invited me in and the hut was really messy, things were scattered everywhere it was like nobody lives there for ages and while looking around I found two dead animals below the small table, dunno if they’re actually dead or sleeping. The first animal is white with black spots in color, it looks like a rabbit or a dog and the second one was a cat, the latter caught more of my attention. I wasn’t sure if I poke it but it turns out the cat in dark tiger color is still alive, when it moves I have seen a lot of maggots eating the cat and what is weird the cat is reaching out for me like it was asking for help, I clearly saw the eyes and facial expression of the cat that I have to step backward.

Then I don’t know what happened next, if I run out of fear or stayed because I have seen myself again inside of a room or something it was like a round capsule/ball with my mother and sister, we are thrown or flown by a strong air, like a tornado. We stumbled to trees, dirt and streams; it was very scary just like the feeling when you are riding a ride in an amusement park. Then we landed in a busy street with cars and motorbikes, it was already dark when we get out. Across the street I have seen a fish vendor holding a large fish in their motorcycle, their fish were almost sold out and what they are selling will be the last ones, then I have seen myself riding a full chaotic jeepney from that spot and I wake up.

It is Sunday today and it is the day that the Lord has made, I went to church with my hair untie which is unusual. I have to lose my hair to hide something in the side of my face, in my jaw particularly. It started as a pimple then it feels very itchy that I scratched it without thinking until it grows bigger like the size of a small coin. 🙁

Anyway, before the service proper started Pastor E announces some church concerns like who would like to lead during Sunday service and etc. One of the older member in the church whispered to me that it will look good if I lead, I just smiled while saying I can’t do it. Honestly, what I would like to do is to teach Sunday school among children.

The scriptural reading can be found Joshua 1: 1-9 with a scriptural topic of Facing Challenges This Year without Fear. Pastor E says that New Year brings new opportunities, possibilities as well as new challenges but with God’s provisions we are able to overcome these challenges because God give us power to persevere, a promise of His Presence and provisions for prosperity.

Pastor E shared a passage from the book of Romans 5: 3-4 which says “Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope.” If we persevere we will overcome new challenges because facing our problems and trials will helps us to develop endurance and endurance develops strength of character, and character strengthens our confident of hope and with God’s presence we can face these challenges without fear.

When we overcome all these challenges God’s promise that we will be successful and prosperous so we shouldn’t be discouraged so let’s be strong and courageous. These were just parts of preaching that Pastor E delivered today, he challenges everyone to be as one church when facing challenges and overcoming them and encourage everyone to believe and have faith.

It was indeed true that problems made us strong and they help us grow as a person, with them too we are able to change for the better. Honestly, These past few Sundays I can relate on the scriptural topics it was like they were meant for me as if God is talking to me and telling me that I should persevere, be courageous and have faith in Him and everything will be alright in His presence.

Beautiful Venus continues to cycle back into your dreams and fantasies that’s just part of my horoscope for today. No wonder, I am able to remember my dream last night, it started upon seeing two doors and I have to choose which door to enter, when I made a choice I have found out that the door I have entered is room that which is full of sad emotions, problems and life won’t be an easy ride. I was able to pass through and I have found myself sitting, sobbing and patiently waiting at the other side beyond the close doors while hearing other people laughing happily after being successfully choosing the right door which is full of happiness and free from problems. I don’t know who am I waiting in my dream but when I wake up I am feeling sad, my heart felt so heavy and my eyes are puffy like I just came from crying.

In waking life, I know who I am waiting. There are times I am experiencing a real need to reach out and connect but my fear is stopping me, the fear of rejection.

Dreams are like fantasies, they were false realities and delusion of a sobbing heart. My dreams were too vague that I cannot remember them anymore when I wake up; almost two weeks ago I have dreamed of escaping away from home with my mother and sister. My father was very angry of us leaving; we found a shelter in a hut under a huge acacia tree at the field which is not that far from our house in waking life. Inside the hut, we found plenty of strawberries and apple fruits growing, we’ve picked with our hearts content. The strawberries are so red and big while the apples are red and shiny. I only picked strawberries because I was thinking to pick apples when I am done with the strawberries, when I can’t control myself anymore I ate them while picking strawberries, they were so sweet, delicious and juicy.

Meanwhile we are picking we found kittens in the hut lying in the dirt floor. What caught my attention is the sleeping calico kitten, a cat in three colors. My mother initially doesn’t want to adopt them but I told her that a three color kitten brings good luck which is the same belief in waking life and since we cannot go out because the fear of being found by my father, we opened the door of the hut to look for someone who could buy cat food for us, when we opened the hut’s door instead of seeing a vacant field, we are in concrete neighbourhood.

Well, I saw and ate them but like someone had told me I am delusional so maybe relying on dream interpretation is a fantasy, creation of a crazy mind but let’s admit it, it is kind of fun to know these and wishfully believe that a good life is waiting at the end of the tunnel, isn’t it?

Well reading through the dream interpretation I found online, my dreams seems good. They were actually very promising, enough to pacify a crying heart and weary mind.

Meet the newest member of the family, Jiyong. We found her in the public market one evening, we are walking along the vegetables market when my sister see her roaming around, I immediately picked her and at first I was hesitant to bring her home with a thought that maybe someone owns the kitten and I’ll be in trouble if seen taking it away.

My sister then told me just to bring the kitten home because nobody owns it, it was just one of the cats that scavenging in the market.  Jiyong as my sister named her is a playful, soft and lovable kitten, when she first arrived home she doesn’t response when called but later on when I called for food she will be the first one to run ahead of me.
