Last night was raining a little but it didn’t stop me to went out and buy some food. I first went to Mandoo place and ordered mandoo or dumplings as I can’t read the language I just point-point luckily there’s young Korean people who told me what I am pointing at, like if it is meat, spicy or kimchi. I ended up ordering three box of mandoo, meat, kimchi and fried meat.
After it I went to Mas Day one of the famous chicken place in Korea because you can find them anywhere. There’s only few people inside when I went in so it was just a right time I ordered fifty-fifty chicken, half fried chicken and half chicken with spicy sauce. I stayed outside to wait for my order, it is going to be awkward if I stayed inside because the people inside are drinking beer. The woman just call when my order was already cooked when it was handed to me, I got startled why it is too heavy. At home I found it has free cider, corn, preserved radish and pickles and mustard sauce.
I also stopped at Family Mart to buy ice cream on stick, Gelato it is our favorite flavor right now. As they also blueberry flavor I also buy 2 pieces so in all I bought 8 pieces of ice cream in stick.

My husband and I has an agreement that no matter how he asked me to buy food outside I am not going to follow so we can stick with our juice dieting. So last night I did, no matter how he asked me I keep saying no and challenge him that if he is really hungry and want food he have to buy it himself. Well it works for few hours but I think he is really decided to cheat with out diet he started wearing socks and changing his day clothes.
He told me he is only going to buy food for his own because I don’t want to go but later he invited me to go with him, our plan is to buy pizza from Pizza School but when we passed by it is full of students so we tried 59 Pizza which is just about one block away from it. It was been a long time that we are planning to try this pizza but it never materialized so we guess this is the right time, we ordered two pizza and it was hard for us because there is no English translation in the menu but with the help of the owner we are able to order pepperoni and vegetable pizza with cheesy crust.
Instead of waiting for our pizza we went to nearby Paris Baguette to buy some treats, we had the scone or dunno what they called and egg tart. After it we returned in the pizza shop and guess what we saw an English pizza menu pasted in the wall (lol), anyway after paying we waited outside and I sit in one of the chairs while munching egg tart and bread. I am too hungry upon seeing the food eh, while we are waiting the owner went out asking something all we can understand is “separate?” my husband say yes. I think we are both thinking that the guy is asking us if we want the pizza in a separate box, anyway later on my husband told me that he thinks that guy is asking if we want the pizza box to be tied together or separately. Oh well too late to inform him so like what expected the pizzas was tied separately.
As I have no camera I borrowed my husband camera with a deal that I am only going to take picture of my pizza. I have no choice or else no picture at all.
It is called 59 pizza because the small pizza cost ₩ 5,900 just add ₩2,00 for the large one or more to different flavor and ₩3,000 for cheesy crust. My husband says the pizza was good, for me pizza just taste the same thing eh. Haha

Today is our shopping day, so tonight we went to Lotte Super to shop for groceries which is mainly fruits and vegetables for our juice fasting. While going down the escalator my husband though of cheating again in our diet by eating chicken or turkey. I would like too but I want to lose weight, anyhow we went down and shop for the things we need. I also bought chocolates, I am going to carry them home for presents in our next vacation.
After shopping the urge of chicken craving won so we went at the back of the RAON Palace and went to Hwatong Chicken and ordered two box of chicken we don’t know what we ordered because we just used point-point system.
We waited outside with our shopping bags while waiting for our take out, they have chairs and table in the front eh. While waiting a group of men came and sit beside our table, they are too loud they ordered drinks and chicken.
Anyway after 10 minutes or so of waiting we got our ordered and we went home, we stopped at Nonghyup supermarket to look for orange but they also don’t have orange like Lotte Super we just went home with our groceries and eventually stopped in Paris Baguette to buy bread. I was not able to take picture of the chicken well because I have no camera I just borrowed my husband camera, so all I got is my share of chicken because he already started eating his share.

What I love about eating instant meal is I am able to choose which one to eat. There’s a lot of variants and choices, below was the meal I have eaten a week ago if I remember it right. I am just too procrastinated to blog about it.

We had a little feast last night my husband was craving for chicken so he asked me to buy fried chicken for us, I don’t want to follow at first because we are on a diet but with my husband bothering me and me craving for food I went out, instead of going to Popeyes I went to the new chicken restaurant we saw in the tarpaulin outside Lotte Super and order for take out.
When I went home my husband asked me where’s the baguette he asked me to buy, honestly I forgot it so I have to return outside. I went to Paris Baguette to buy the bread and other baked goods. Oh well, when we are full “The diet starts tomorrow” so today is the new start of our juice fasting after cheating for one week eating gimbap, soup and even ice cream. Lol!

I have read that not all dogs are comfortable on wearing clothes especially if it is their first time. They felt uncomfortable with it and take the clothes out of their body. My family’ dog Jihoo is comfortable on wearing one, my mother and sister is looking around the thrift store when they saw baby clothes and they thought it will look good to our pet so they bought it. Dog clothes are not that popular in our place because most dogs are local or what they call askals.
Wearing clothing is a new experience to dogs so if they are not comfortable on wearing one try to wear your dog a tank top and observed how he accept it, little by little he is going to be accustom with wearing clothes.

Today is public holiday in Korea on celebration of Liberation Day or what they called Gwangbokjeol which means “restoration of light”. It commemorates the victory of Korea from Imperial Japan in 1945. In 1948 on the same day the government of the Republic of Korea was created with their first President Syngman Rhee and Gwangbokjeol was officially designated a public holiday on October 1, 1949.
It is raining today but if you walk outside you can see Korean flags raised in the street, we went shopping a while ago for fruits and vegetable we thought we are going to spend more today but luckily we didn’t because we had a nice deal on the fruits, they are on sale especially the grapes and apples so we only pay half of what we expected.

Unlike most cat owners in the West cats are feed with cat food while South East Asian countries like Philippines most domestic cats are feed on what the cat owners are eating, like rice and fish. Sometimes our cats doesn’t eat what’s on their food bowl especially when it is too wet or dry and there’s no flavor on it. They eat a lot when there’s fish taste on their food, I have read online that cats in general are very fussy eaters like human they also have their own taste and likes.
That’s why it is difficult for cat owners to find a food that is nutritionally balanced and approved by your cat. The foods with the best palatability are those that do not contain artificial colorings, flavorings or preservatives. Unfortunately many commercially prepared pet foods contain these unnecessary ingredients, therefore be sure to check the labels carefully to avoid these foods.
