I am quite busy tweaking these past few days that I can’t visit my blogs and post an article, I am also procrastinated. I have nothing else to write maybe because I don’t usually share and talk what I am doing and etc., sort of private person huh? Lol!
It snowed a lot today it cause heavy traffic in the main street I remember a friend who wished to snow a lot I just chuckled remembering her childish wish. Heavy snow can cause a lot of problems and accidents in the street eh., Anyway I decided to rest for a while and blog I am going to tweak again tomorrow.
I have cooked a soup tonight and as usual my husband told me to separate soup for him all he wanted is the vegetable and he don’t like macaroni on it, too much carbohydrates as what he reasoned out.

It snowed two times today I would like to go out this morning to take picture of me in the snow but cooking makes me busy. I just postponed it thinking I can have pictures later when we go to the gym, well the snow stop and before I know it our landlord started cleaning the frost in front of the apartment and in the garage. So when we went out to go to the gym the street is snow clean but the good thing is it is snowing again! Yipee, I asked my husband to take picture of me well he did but he said you can’t really see the snow, maybe because it is just starting.
We first went to the bank and while waiting for him I went out and started taking snapshots around me and of course myself.
To make the story short it is our cheat day today, so we went to Watsons to buy some chocolates. Because he ate two of my chocolates last weekend he bought two for me and treat me another chocolate, I picked two truffles and a chocolate bar and then to the bakery to buy brown bread and have a stop in Family Mart to buy chicken and mayonnaise, all we got is the latter so went to the nearby Gs25 to buy chicken and he asked me if I want a meal as I am full from my dinner I opted on chocolate wafer. I didn’t eat my chocolates yet, thinking I can add this to my box (to send home).

It’s been a long time since I cooked chicken for myself because these past few months I only ate vegetables, eggs and meat. So today to have a change I stewed chicken in kimchi, I wake up very early to do it. While stewing my chicken I am also cooking my husband chicken meal. So both of the gas range is working to avoid the stench inside the apartment I open the window in the bathroom and closed the door, the fan in our kitchen is connected on the exhaust fan in our bathroom, it is passing through the bathroom ceiling.
The soup is not that strong because I only used left over kimchi, the kimchi is been here in our apartment before Christmas so to empty the container I used it on my chicken.

After a long weekend we are back to the gym, its quite cold today maybe because it snowed last night. While walking in the street we are almost hit by a car trying to pull back, it seems the driver didn’t see us. So my husband knock to his door and tell him what he almost hit us particularly me who just happened to step forward. My husband told him to look at his side mirror before pulling back and as usual they didn’t understand each other, one is talking in English and the other one is in Hangul. It turns out the car is new and the driver is just learning on how to drive. We just walk away after my husband irk his anger.
All drivers should always check their mirror when driving, you may never know you already hit someone especially on this bad weather and dark evening.

That’s what we got yesterday my husband cooked it for us and as usual he experimented by adding lime into it. Actually the lime is an old stocked in our fridge and rather than throwing it away he added it into the soup,.
I have eaten the soup with buns and it is a nice combination. This should be macaroni soup but we uses the macaroni the other day so no choice but to be vegetable only.

Tonight is New Year here in Korea or what they called Seollal it is the first day of the lunar calendar that’s why it is also called Lunar New Year. It is the most important of the traditional Korean holidays. It consists of a period of celebrations, starting on New Year’s Day, it is also a three days holiday.
The street is empty and you can see all the cars park everywhere. Most people are just at home with their families and love ones, most of the stores are also closed early. My husband and I celebrated it very simple we just went to Popeye’s to order a box of chicken and buy baked good afterwards.

Yesterday was our cheat day and we decided to grilled galbi we bought the large container in Lotte Super, it is 8 lbs. So after gym I started grilling the meat in our balcony while my dear husband is having his shower, when he is done he went to the bakery to buy bake goods and then cooked a macaroni spaghetti afterwards.
It took me a while to cook the galbi because they are quite big into our electric grill, as you can see I am cooking in the window, we opened it and closed the door in the balcony so the smoke will not go inside our room. Well the temperature is cold but a hungry stomach can’t feel it. Lol!

I woke up late today after eating lunch we went out to buy fluorescent light for our bathroom as it just stop working, we first went to Kim’s Club Mart or which is now Emart Everyday but we didn’t find one, we just bought few treats like cheese stick and onion rings and then look for another store. Then go home and return to the market again to look for an organizer four our kitchen, we ended up buying a stackable tray.
On the evening we had pizza and chocolates, from Pizza School and Watson. I have ordered Napoli Pizza for me and Pepperoni for my husband.
Instead of waiting for our pizza we went to Watsons for Sweet Treats, when we pay in the counter the sales clerk asked me to choose one from the free items in the corner, I choose tiny sunblocks and then she added sample of BB Creams.

Today we heard some scratches outside our door, it sounds weird. It’s like a kid playing and scratching then afterwards it sounds like someone is tearing something that is taped on our door, we just concluded it is our landlord especially when someone arrived and asked for something and we heard two guys talking outside but neither of the two sounds like our landlord.
So I told my husband when we went out to go the gym we are going to be surprised when our door is full of scratch, anyway it turns out it is the landlord’s friend based on the truck in front of our apartment building with an old toilet bowl. He maybe tearing something on it, oh well I have found our internet bill stuck on the small mailbox beside our door and was surprised there’s another mail with it, been waiting for this mail since we arrived from vacation. I thought it already arrived and got lost in the bigger mailbox here in the apartment.
