We went to the gym tonight but it is still closed so instead of going home again I just told my husband to shop while we are out, so we did in Lotte Super.
When we reach home put the items in the fridge and cupboard then I cooked some chicken. I got burnt on my neck when the chicken pops out while I am mixing it.

Early this evening we went to gym for our work-out schedule, when we reached the second floor we smell a strong chemical and the two restaurants are closed. When we reached the third floor where the gym is located the door is open but it is very silent, when we came inside the gym is empty nobody is working out.
We found in the information that gym is closed because of the strong smell, the lady owner told us that there’s fire yesterday at one of the restaurant in the second floor, she apologized but we said no need because we understand. So no choice we left after asking when will the gym will be open again, she said after two days.
We tried to peep inside the closed restaurant if how big is the damage but we can’t see it, we are in that situation when the guy owner of the gym found us, we greeted each other and asked if we are looking at the right restaurant.
Anyway I don’t know what to say but having fire in the building already crossed on my mind, it is not the first time that something crossed on my mind and it happens.

We visit to Seoul today to buy a DSLR Camera and when we bought one, we headed to Itaewon to eat Middle Eastern food. We stumble to Mr. Kebab and order a set menu of lamb kebab, it consist of kebab, potato wedges and cola.
The kebab was great and tasted good. I opted for the non-spicy sauce, anyway the owner’s of Mr. Kebab are friendly, courteous and kind.

This is what I cooked for my dinner, I scrambled three eggs and mixed the mashed sardines and fried it with onions and garlic. We usually have this viand in Philippines when fish are too expensive in the market, it tasted good and I think you can try these too in your home.

An empty house, a whole inside my heart. Well I think that’s enough of singing of out of tune, just one lonely night I went out to look for pizza place which I already blog previously, so today I just want to share the photo I have taken in the shopping district. On the day light this street is very busy but on very late night it is empty.
As you can see (do you?) most of the stores has no metal door, you can still see what’s inside the store through the glass walls. In Philippines I guess you cannot do this unless you have guards on duty,.

I don’t have a plan to open the door but later on his knocks seems so in hurry and when I open the door, he has the box of Dunkin’ Donuts on the other hand and a coffee on the other hand.
It turns out that few of the parents of their students went to school to observe and one of the mother brought a box of Dunkin’ Donuts and a coffee, as Jade is on her diet she told my husband to bring them all and as my husband is on a diet I have all of these. Lol!

It is been few months already since we bought Kimchi from the supermarket but since last week we started to buy and eat Kimchi again. So in short my cooking escapades in our kitchen rolled again, you know frying eggs with kimchi or fried rice and etc.
Just tonight I just finished cutting the kimchi into pieces which is required hard work (lol) what I mean lot of work, need to clean the kitchen for the splattered Kimchi juice, wash the dishes and the Kimchi bag before throwing it in the garbage. If I am not going to wash it the whole apartment will stinks like Kimchi.

We’re buying chicken eggs when I saw quail eggs on sale, I found it cheap so I bought one set. When we reached home I’ve boiled them for three minutes what make worst is quail eggs are too hard to peel, so I’ve waited for few minutes until the eggs are cold.
According to what I have read in ehow, egular consumption of quail eggs helps fight against many diseases. They are a natural combatant against digestive tract disorders such as stomach ulcers. Quail eggs strengthen the immune system, promote memory health, increase brain activity and stabilize the nervous system. They help with anemia by increasing the level of hemoglobin in the body while removing toxins and heavy metals. The Chinese use quail eggs to help treat tuberculosis, asthma, and even diabetes. If you are a sufferer of kidney, liver, or gallbladder stones quail eggs can help prevent and remove these types of stones.

Finally the box I’ve sent to Philippines last Friday arrived today to my family. I thought it is already gone missing because when I tracked it the last information the box arrived in the Philippines and nothing else.
My sister is so happy upon seeing pringle’s in the box, she said it’s been a long time since she’s been asking our mother to buy her pringle’s so the pringle’s I’ve sent is just on time. One of the souvenirs I’ve sent was broken so they just glued it. Maybe the box was not carried carefully or they just throw it away (sigh). Oh well the good thing is the box still arrived., my worried feeling for it is gone.
