My husband’s daily meal is white eggs with variety of anything like Kimchi, onion or chicken strips. I always copy his meal and cook my own food after cooking his meal. So this is what I got, I chopped some onions and sauteed it with Kimchi and instead of using just white eggs I add two yolks and scrambled it, I also added green onions as it is present in our fridge.

Trying my new plate. This is my favorite meal when I am busy and too lazy to cook a viand, plain rice, fried eggs and kimchi on the side. I eat a lot when I have kimchi and eggs, kimchi served as my appetizer.

This is the mandu or dumplings we have eaten on Lunar New Year, it was fried. If you don’t know what is Mandu, they are dumplings in Korean cuisine. First brought to Korea by the Mongols, they are similar to pelmeni and pierogi in some Slavic cultures. The name is a cognate to the names of similar types of meat-filled dumplings in Central Asia, such as Turkish manti, Kazakh manty, and Uzbek manti. It is also a cognate with the Chinese mantou, although mantou is a steamed bun rather than a dumpling. – Wikipidea
Because there’s two packed of it we cooked the other packed after few days in boiling water. This mandu is made from Kimchi and Meat so it’s a bit spicy.
