Spaghetti is everyone’s favorite, a dish that has many variants. In the Philippines, spaghetti is sweet and meaty with cheese toppings. So when I first ate spaghetti from Italianni’s I can’t even finish one serving, since then I vowed not to eat on Italianni’s again but when I arrived in Korea there spaghetti is not also the spaghetti my tongue used to know.
So when my husband and I decided to cook spaghetti at home, it doesn’t attract me at all. Spaghetti is my favorite but eating sour salty taste spaghetti killed my appetite. My husband educates me that’s how spaghetti taste like, savory with tomato sauce and the sweet spaghetti I am talking is a crap. As day goes by I have been used to eat spaghetti with a sour salty taste as I named it, I can even eat two servings with black olives in it, so I think I am ready to eat in Italianni’s restaurant again.
Well, when we craved for spaghetti and cooking is impossible we run to 59 Pizza or Pizza school to order spaghetti. The photo above is cheese oven spaghetti from Pizza School, it cost ₩4, 000 while the white cream oven spaghetti cost ₩4, 500. It is chewy, a little bit salty and meaty goodness.

This is the spaghetti prepared and cooked by my husband last Friday as advance celebration of my birthday. He didn’t allow me in the kitchen while he is cooking so I enjoyed my time designing a theme, when he is done cooking that’s when he called me to tasted it and make a critic.
He made a nice and delicious spaghetti that I ate all of this, lol. I was astonished with his ingredients little did I know that you can add black olives in spaghetti, in Philippines mostly the ingredients of our typical spaghetti is hotdog and meat. Anyway instead of using ground beef he used Cajun sausage which he ground in the blender. Then when it is cooked we added mozzarella cheese.,

Today is my birthday but my husband and I celebrated it in advance. We started it last Friday, he cooked macaroni spaghetti for me. Yes you heard it right he is the chef of the day, he added black olives and ground Cajun sausage.
Then when it is cooked we went out to buy cake, mozzarella cheese and some pastries. We went to Paris Baguette and I choose milk chocolate cake to have a change. I always choose chocolate cake on my previous birthday celebration eh, so this time still chocolate cake but with milk., Haha
On the next day we headed to Popeyes to order chicken and biscuits, we didn’t make it on the previous night because we are too full, so we have two days celebration. While we are waiting for our order we walked around the supermarket and bought a spreadable butter.
Then we had a competition who’s going to arrive in Paris Baguette first, we took different route with an agreement nobody will run just to win. Well I arrived in Paris Baguette first without running because I just walk straight unlike him he needs to walk around.
We bought profiterole and baguette from Paris Baguette and few more pastries. My husband says when we are already outside the door of the bakery, the store clerk might think we are pigs, because the other night we just bought a cake and pastries and that night we bought more pastries.
Just want to say thank you for all the greetings, and to the person (J) who made a long week celebration of my birthday, thank you very much.
